CA Sounds
CA Sounds is a batch of music created by grade school kids in the recording program at Choir Academy Charter School of Chicago. Some darned cool stuff there -- don't miss Unknown Cookie, which blows the doors off of 80s NY no wave avant funk. Also included are long-distance collaborations with kids working in similar programs in Hoboken and Melbourne. More information and a couple more tracks here.
