More tire scrapes from the bookmarks... I know Mr.BaliHai gets all wobbly-kneed over kustom-krunchy cruiser bicycles, so here's a few links for him to phink out over. With wide-ranging content, there's Lowrider Bicycle Magazine. Then, hawking their varying wares are Phat Cycles, Bike Hotrod and the shameless Dyno Kustom Kruisers.
Posted by M.Ace at 02:08 PM, May 11, 2004.Okay, my knees are appropriately wobbly. I appreciate these bike as works of aht, but you'd never catch me actually riding one...I'm far too self-conscious.
And I have to wonder who, exactly, is buying them...upscale homeboys, environmentally-aware lowriders, guys who're too geeky to buy Harleys? I also have to chuckle at how these sites imply that hot chicks will dig you if you ride around on a tricked-out bicycle.
Riiiight...

Okay, I think I've got it sorted. You don't actually ride these bikes... you buy them for the hot chicks, who then pose with them. For a healthy modeling fee.
Still, cool little bits of machinery.
