Salt Dough Flashback
Over at stranko.com, Miss Fidget takes a look at the lost art of Salt Dough and the classic tome, Morton's Dough-It-Yourself Handbook Rises Again. It's so seventies, the only thing missing is a quadraphonic 8-track player.

D'ough! Great find and those interior photos are totally Lileks-riffic. I collect promotional cookbooks from the '50s, but they just don't have that totally synthetic Seventies feel to them that this one does.
