9 Beet Stretch is Beethoven's 9th Symphony digitally stretched to a 24 hour length. It is presented here in RealAudio streams, sliced for convenience into segments approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes in length. A brief review indicates that it is also available as a set of four mp3 discs.
19th century ambient. If one had the time to listen to it as a continuous piece, I'm sure it would be quite an experience. Having listened to it for a while now, I have to rank it above a lot of 'intentional' ambient music.
